LeAnn Rimes
has had quite the toothy journey.
After dealing with the bridge in the front of her
teeth falling out mid-concert
, the “How Do I Live” singer is feeling extra motivated to be as candid as possible when it comes to her
physical wellbeing
.
“I love talking about health,” LeAnn
told E! News in an exclusive interview
. “Health is such a big part of my life and anytime I can take people on my health journey to show them what’s new and fun and cool and what’s working for me—I’m all about it.”
Right now, the 43-year-old is “a big biohacker,” spending time in an oxygen chamber, doing red light therapy and
“constantly” being in the sauna.
In fact, the
star of
9-1-1 Nashville
—which airs Thursdays on ABC,
the
next day on Hulu and for which she created the song “Wild Things Run”—shared that she was in the middle of a detox after filming in a place that had mold.

“I’m in the sauna, taking all the binders, doing all the things,” LeAnn added, “but so many people deal with that stuff. If you can find the hack and the trick and the thing that works, I’m all about talking about it. I love it.”
And it’s not just biohacking she wants to talk
about. She also wants to spread awareness about her diagnoses with psoriasis—an autoimmune condition that affects the skin—and perimenopause, the transitional period before menopause.
“I love to talk about perimenopause,” LeAnn said. “Menopause is a great conversation.”
But experiencing the “brain fog” that comes with perimenopause while also
working in a place that had mold was tough, especially when it came to remembering her lines.
“I stop in the middle of a scene, be like, ‘Wait? What was I talking
about?’”
she added, shrugging that “it happens.”
And that energy is something LeAnn—who married
Eddie
Cibrian
in 2011—has carried with her throughout her career and put into practice
by keeping
a level head when her teeth fell out during a performance in June,
which she told E! is “so funny to say.”

“If you’ve been around, you know I’ve had a lot of dental surgeries,” she shared in an Instagram video at the time, “and I have a bridge in the front and it fell out in the middle of my song.”
“In the
middle, [I] said,
‘Hold on,’ and ran to the side of the stage and popped it back in,” she continued, “and then just went on singing.”
For the remainder of her show, LeAnn kept pushing her teeth back into her mouth in order to sing, joking it made her realize how many difficult sounds she has in her lyrics.
“It was the most epic experience ever,” she shared. “I don’t usually have firsts in my career. That was a first and hopefully a last.”
